Do I need to wear a mask in the rental car?
You do not need to wear a mask while using your rental car. We do ask that during pick up and drop off, you are masked at all times and maintain a social distance with others. However, during your rental period, you are free to enjoy a mask-free driving experience.
What precautions are being taken to ensure the car is thoroughly disinfected?
At Manaloha, we thoroughly clean each rental between guests. We wipe down all interior surfaces of the vehicle with medical-grade disinfectant. Exteriors, including door handles and trunk latches, are disinfected and washed after each customer. We ask that you are masked upon drop-off to ensure other customers and staff’s safety. Should you have any concerns, please let us know — we are happy to help!
Will there be an attendant on-site to assist if I need help?
Though we encourage contactless pickup and drop off, we understand that questions arise. To ensure an easy and personal experience, we will have representatives available by phone, email, and on-site. Any questions may be directed at them, and they will ensure that you safely get to your vehicle and on your way to a great vacation!
What is your cancellation policy?
– Over 48 hrs notice: No cancellation fees
– Less than 48 hrs notice: $80 cancellation fee*/**
– No notice: $100 cancellation fee
*If you cancel within 48 hours before your arrival, an $80 charge will be applied to your credit card.
**No cancellation fee EVER if it is related to the closure of the State of Hawaii because of COVID 19.
What is your no refund policy?
Our rentals are charged at an inexpensive week-long rental rate even if you choose to only rent for a few days. There are no refunds for rental time not used as part of the original reservations. Guests may return the vehicle at any time during their rental time period at no extra cost.
